My name is Carrie Nenonen.   I am a full-time Realtor in the award-winning Coldwell Banker Gundaker Corporate Office... and have been so since 2001.

The real estate market is a constantly-changing entity.  Particularly over the past few years,  it has not only become more sophisticated... but significantly more challenging!   If you are contemplating a move, it's crucial that you hire a Realtor who not only makes an effort to stay abreast of the current market... but is also master at the newest technology to keep you ahead of the game.  A lot of agents sell that concept, but I can honestly say that I live it.
